Optiscan has been featured in a Stockhead Special Report, highlighting progress in its digital pathology study with Australian Clinical Labs (ACL), where more than 80 cases have now been imaged using the company’s InForm platform.

The article highlights how InForm is being evaluated within ACL’s high-volume anatomical pathology laboratory in Western Australia across a broad range of tissue types, cancers and clinical use cases. The first 84 cases include samples from multiple organ systems and a range of normal, benign, inflammatory, premalignant and malignant pathologies. Images generated using InForm are being assessed against conventional H&E-stained glass slides, helping Optiscan build clinical evidence, refine imaging protocols and workflows, and gather direct feedback from pathologists and laboratory scientists ahead of future regulatory submissions and commercial rollout.

CEO and Managing Director Dr. Camile Farah said: “Results to date from the ACL study have materially advanced the clinical validation of our technology, particularly in terms of evaluating how InForm performs across a range of tissue types and disease settings.”
