Robert is a highly strategic and results focussed private health care leader. With a 40+ year career in the health industry, his experience spans executive leadership of publicly listed and privately owned healthcare companies, and management of private and public hospitals in Australia, Asia and the UK. Robert has a proven track record in setting strategy and delivering successful outcomes for stakeholders and shareholders, highly effective interaction with the financial community, and holds a unique understanding of the complex dynamics of the health care industry.

Robert is currently the Managing Director of Connelly Partners, a specialised health care consulting company. Before establishing Connelly Partners in 2018, Robert was the Managing Director & CEO of Healthscope, one of Australia’s leading private hospital/ medical centre/ pathology operators between 2010 and 2017. Robert has served as a Director of ASX listed and private equity owned health care companies within Australia and internationally, and currently serves on several health care boards including as Non-Executive Chair of Optiscan, Genesis Cancer Care, and Midas Healthcare, and Non-Executive Director of SMS Healthcare. He is a shareholder of the Company.

Dr Camile Farah (PhD, MBA, MAICD, FAIM, FLWA) is CEO & Managing Director of Optiscan Imaging Ltd and President of its US subsidiary Optiscan Imaging, Inc. Camile is a medtech executive and board director with a background in healthcare, medical research, industry and academia spanning 25 years. Camile holds multiple degrees and fellowships in pathology, oncology, higher education, business management and leadership, and is a prolific author and international speaker. Camile has held various senior leadership roles in public and private clinical, research and academic institutions in dentistry, maxillofacial medicine, oncology, and head and neck pathology.

Under Camile’s leadership, Optiscan is undergoing a digital transformation developing digital pathology and precision surgery hardware and software solutions enabling live optical biopsy for diagnostic and surgical applications including cloud-based telepathology and AI/ML solutions for intraoperative digital workflows, an endomicroscopic imaging system for robotic-assisted surgery, and a growing portfolio of point-of-care products to tackle large addressable markets including oral, breast, gastrointestinal, and veterinary imaging. Camile has expanded Optiscan’s geographical footprint and raised millions of dollars in dilutive and non-dilutive capital and overseen the establishment of strategic partnerships and collaborations. He is a shareholder of the Company.

Sean is a Managing Director and Head of Private Investments at the Clermont Group. Prior to joining Clermont, Sean worked at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 20 years in equity research across three locations and in seven different roles.

In 2000, he joined the London office, covering European Technology and Conglomerate stocks before, in 2005, moving to lead the EEMEA Telecom Services team. In early 2008, Sean transferred to Dubai to setup and manage the MENA Equity Research team. Sean relocated to Singapore in 2010 to oversee and manage the broader Asian research product as well as roll out ASEAN Real Estate coverage. In 2016, he was promoted to Head of ASEAN Research and ASEAN Equity Strategist. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Sean served his Chartered Accountancy articles in South Africa and he has a B.Com (PGDA) from the University of Cape Town.

Karen is a highly regarded senior private and public sector leader, with significant experience in medical devices and technology, consumer products and government services. Karen has held senior roles in international and national commercial management, global marketing and government.

Karen is the former President (Asia Pacific and Middle East) of ResMed Inc (ASX: RMD) and prior to this held several senior roles with Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, including Global Vice President (based in USA). Karen’s most recent executive roles include CEO of Healthdirect and inaugural Chief Executive of Jobs for NSW, with both roles fostering relationships across all tiers of government. Karen is currently co-CEO of Somnomed Ltd (ASX: SOM), and is on the Board of The North Foundation and is the Interim Chair of the Australian Vaccine Research Alliance.

Karen holds Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and was a NSW finalist for Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2017. She is a shareholder of the Company.

Ron had a 25 year business career in Australia before being headhunted in 1999 to assist in expanding a European motor vehicle franchise in Singapore.

In a short time, Ron assisted in developing the franchise into a highly profitable business. He subsequently expanded and developed a second company in the motor vehicle industry, Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd, where he was the Managing Director for seven years before advising and developing a premier Singaporean wellness company, Fabulous Image Lifestyle, which was successfully sold to a pan-Asian operator.

Ron has established a network of business contacts in many areas of enterprise in Asia and Australia. He has contacts in the health sector in Asia as well as associations with businesses and the financial sector in Australia and Asia of value to Optiscan. He is a shareholder of the Company.

Brendan Fafiani is the Chief Operating Officer at Optiscan Imaging. Brendan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the MedTech industry. Before joining Optiscan, he led the commercialization of pioneering medical devices at Cyban Pty Ltd and Global Kinetics. Brendan's expertise spans the introduction of new technologies into treatment pathways, particularly in neurodegenerative and cardiometabolic diseases, endocrinology, and acquired brain injury. At Optiscan, he brings a wealth of knowledge from both startup environments and large multinational corporations, driving innovation and growth.

Dr Sanchitha Fernando (PhD) is the Chief Technology Officer at Optiscan Imaging. With a doctorate in Micro Electro Mechanical Systems, he has a proven track record in solving complex engineering problems. Sanchitha’s experience spans semiconductors, electronics, optics, signal processing, software, navigation, acoustics, telecommunications, and solar energy. He excels in leading interdisciplinary projects and has built public-private partnerships to commercialize research outcomes, making significant advancements in the field of medical technology.

Darius Ooi is the Finance Manager at Optiscan Imaging. With extensive experience in the MedTech industry, Darius is passionate about translating commercial success into improved patient outcomes. He has led several finance transformation projects, resulting in significant efficiencies and savings through technology. At Optiscan, Darius continues to build the finance team and infrastructure, positioning the company for global scalability.

Dr Lindsay Bussau (PhD) is the Applications and Customer Support Manager at Optiscan Imaging. With over two decades of experience, he has been pivotal in the development and commercialization of in vivo confocal endomicroscopy. His postdoctoral research at Monash University laid the foundation for Optiscan’s advancements in identifying clinically viable fluorophores and establishing in vivo fluorescence as a recognized imaging modality. Lindsay's work continues to revolutionize the understanding of biological processes and disease management.

Yameena Cossins is the Quality Manager at Optiscan Imaging. With over 15 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, she excels in establishing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) that comply with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR part 820, MDD 93/42/EEC, EU MDR, and TGA standards. As a qualified ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, Yameena has led numerous audits and has extensive hands-on experience in Quality Control, Research & Development, Validation, and Quality Assurance.

Paul Unwin is the Supply Chain, Service & Infrastructure Manager at Optiscan Imaging. With over 30 years of experience in the high-reliability manufacturing industry, Paul has extensive hands-on knowledge in design and manufacturing concepts for both mechanical and electronic applications. His career includes successfully implementing Quality Systems, overseeing manufacturing operations, and providing engineering and technical support. At Optiscan, Paul’s logical and practical approach ensures seamless operations across multiple aspects of the business.

Peter Pavlicek is the Project Manager at Optiscan Imaging. He is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects in the company’s product portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in the medical devices industry, Peter has been with Optiscan since 2006, primarily serving as the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager. He has played a crucial role in delivering key projects and developing the company’s Quality Management System and ISO13485 Certification. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering (Research) from the University of Sydney.

Hiran Jayetileke is the Manufacturing Manager at Optiscan Imaging. With a background in electronics and extensive experience in the field, Hiran has significantly improved Optiscan’s production efficiency and scanner success. He holds a City & Guilds Diploma in Radio Television & Electronics and was the first South Asian certified by Yamaha Corporation, Japan. Hiran joined Optiscan in 2005, bringing his expertise to enhance the company’s technological capabilities.

Nicole Williams is the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Optiscan Imaging, based in its US office in Minnesota. With over 20 years of experience in sterilization, medical device development, and medical device reprocessors, Nicole has held significant roles at leading companies including STERIS and Richard Wolf Medical Instruments. She has led teams in achieving multiple ISO 13485 certifications, prepared numerous 510k submissions resulting in regulatory approvals, and maintained global registrations. Nicole's expertise spans sterilization and surgical endoscopes, and she has a BS in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from Gannon University in Pennsylvania.

Shayra Leon is the Business Development Manager at Optiscan Imaging covering Optiscan’s life sciences business across the US and Canada, focusing on the West Coast. With 15 years of experience in the life sciences sector, Shayra has deep expertise in histopathology workflows from both laboratory and industry settings. She previously managed a $2 million portfolio at Leica Biosystems and served as Global Business Development Manager at Lumencor, handling a $5 million+ book of business.

Tim Rowe is the Business Development Manager at Optiscan Imaging covering Optiscan’s life sciences business across the US and Canada, focusing on the East Coast. With over 20 years of experience in the scientific instruments market, he is passionate about human health and scientific discovery, playing a vital role as the interface between scientists and instrument manufacturers. Tim has achieved numerous top performance accolades and has co-authored scientific publications. Tim has a background in Cellular Biology, Structural Biology, and Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana.
